Small business participates in Extension marketing course, increases sales

Story by Leah Barbour • Photo by Jonah Holland

“With the Bricks to Clicks program, we went from basically no growth in a year to looking over the next 3 years and tripling our volume. Extension is very important to small businesses because, honestly, the Bricks to Clicks program helped me take Umble coffee from basically nothing to a company that is competitive, not just in the state but in the Southeast and, hopefully, soon within the U.S.”

— Dr. Kenneth Thomas,
owner of Umble Coffee in Oktibbeha County
